The exact rate at which tokens are distributed will be left to the AdmiralDAO council with input from the Optimism community. Please note: as communicated earlier, Clipper will target distribution over the next 9 months. OP tokens will be airdropped to users who have previously made transactions or deposited liquidity into Clipper’s CLP on Optimism. OP tokens will be used to incentivize builders to integrate and support Clipper’s pioneering formula market maker architecture, in order to enhance Clipper’s composable design. In addition to other TBD Adventure activities, some portion of the OP tokens will be reserved for the Adventure Captain's Grant as an incentive for future Adventure participants. OP tokens will be used to incentivize the creation of new Clipper Cove pools, which allows the trading of any crypto asset alongside new liquidity provision opportunities. OP tokens will be used to attract new users to trade on the DEX and increase volume, which will in turn boost Optimism CLPs highly competitive yields. In accordance with the now approved OP proposal, we’ve broken down the OP token distribution as such: These goals are in line with Optimism’s intent on the distribution of these tokens. Increase number of Optimism project collaborations through community initiatives (e.g., Clipper’s Adventure Series).Increase TVL (for Clipper Coves which allows for permissionless trading between any two assets).Bring more developers and builders into the Optimism ecosystem.Meeting dates are listed in the quarterly Gull’s Call magazine.Clipper recently received 300,000 OP tokens! The greater the loot, the more power to boot, and we must now work to distribute the tokens across Clipper’s community in a way that rewards active community members while prioritizing Clipper’s and Optimism’s long-term growth.Īs such, Clipper has the following goals in mind: The Annual Membership Meeting is held each February. Agendas are posted here and at the Community Offices prior to the meetings, or call 865-3363 for current meeting dates. The Board meets at 6:30 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, except August and December, 10 times per year. If you are interested, please contact your Association Manager at the Community Offices. Owners are encouraged to volunteer to serve on a committee. Landscape/Project Architectural Committee (PAC).This allows a clear street for early morning City street sweeping, less chance for vehicle accidents, parking for your visitors and a generally more attractive Association. Park your car in your garage, rather than in the driveway or on the street. Individual unit trash pick-up is the responsibility of each resident. Approval is required before work may commence. For more information, check the Architectural Review Process section of this website and the Clipper Cove Architectural Guidelines and Rules and Standards. The Association has an active Landscape/Project Architectural Committee (PAC) that works with the Community Architectural Committee (CAC) to review and approve applications submitted by Clipper Cove owners for improvements to their property. Lagoon lot owners are responsible for their retaining walls and docks. Unique to Clipper Cove, Association owners fund the maintenance of the front yard landscape and irrigation even though the plant materials belong to the owner. Other responsibilities include lighting in the parks, tot lot play equipment, benches, bike/walking paths in the park, along sections of the lagoon and in other various common areas. Maintenance responsibilities include maintenance of all common area landscape areas including the curb strip areas owned by the City of Alameda.
